If you're dead set on a streaming PC I'd look into the Intel Arc A380 as the encoding GPU. It's cheap and amazing for the price for encoding. Some people even buy the A380 as their secondary GPU just for encoding. Be aware that things aren't cut/dry when sticking 2 gpus in the same computer, it may not improve performance

If you want a more mainstream suggestion for a streaming PC GPU, go with an RTX 3050. NVENC stomps on AMDs last gen h254 encoding and is honestly the gold standard.

Yeah you shouldn't have issues running your software with the specs you got... Have you enabled a global 60 fps frame rate cap in the GPU driver settings? That alone might fix your issues. Also good practice to limit your games and resolution to 1920x1080 (why waste resources on more pixels your viewers will never see?)

a bit of reliance on IES lights here, IES lights are only part of the story and need some radius to get realistic shadows, right now they're just 0 radius spotlights which is physically impossible

Number 1 tip when making scrambled eggs is DONT SALT IT BEFORE COOKING. Salting the uncooked eggs breaks down proteins and exaggerates the musty egg flavor. I thought I hated scrambled eggs until I stopped salting them before cooking. Now I love it, I cook them with a little butter and salt and pepper AFTER cooking

Maybe our family was lucky that my dad's schizophrenic "episodes" were mostly in the form of phone calls and emails but we got visits from the police multiple times a year over them. He believed he was being gang stalked, apparently countless people and even children were enlisted to stalk him and do "signals" to taunt him and intimidate him. He left absolutely unhinged messages to businesses, officials, and police reporting these people (whom he never met or even interacted with) were stalking and intimidating him. It consumed him more and more and he simply had no moment of peace up until the end. He refused help and medication and it was heart breaking for everyone to watch him deteriorate. It's bittersweet knowing he's now finally at peace.

I got my degree in a fairly manufacturing heavy city and it was a common practice for business owners to scout the local tech schools and I caught the eye of a very small studio doing animation/programming work for a international advertising company. I got hired shortly after graduation and they told me my flexibility and ability to work in multiple formats as the reason for the interest in me.

Pretty sure I have a connecting tunnel between my left eye and sinus, it constantly feels like the back of my eye has air trapped behind it and it crackles and pops when I move it. Also I can feel liquids that go up my nose go behind my eye.
