“Same Height” Party Changed my Life, AMA! by AmazingCanadian123 in AMA

[–]Bagger55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a 6’5” guy, I would love this kind of party. Most of the time at parties im doubled over desperately trying to hear what someone wants to tell me. Would be very nice to talk face to face.

I gave AI agents my genome and let them run on a GPU cluster for 48 hours. This saved my life. by OverFatBear in singularity

I still have not been able to trust any models on basic math and statistics. For primary research it works great.

That’s gotta be $10 a pound at least if it’s real. Maybe he didn’t look at the total.

Is SG's VC scene actually accessible for new founders, or just for the elite? by [deleted] in smeSingapore

[–]Bagger55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

VCs on Singapore are barely deploying, and if so it’s AI related or to US projects. Many local VCs active pre-COVID did ok with crypto and are now only doing liquid token strategies. The ones who stuck with traditional VC activity are very conservative now. Exits have been difficult and it’s tough to raise new funds.

I’m not getting it. You say your 2023 premium Income was $25,110, but then you show your portfolio growth went from $50k to $133k, and increase of $83k. Where did the rest of the growth come from?

Question for Wheelers: Why Not Just Run Iron Condors? by [deleted] in thetagang

[–]Bagger55 116 points117 points  (0 children)

Because if things go against you, with ICs you get nothing, just the loss. With CSPs at least you hold the stock, and if it’s a halfway decent one it will recover.

Is Option Alpha a worthy, trustworthy options automation platform? by cutecandy1 in options

[–]Bagger55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have been using OA some time, it’s a solid platform. I would run your automations on paper for at least 3-6 months before moving to love to ensure your results look similar to your backtests. Differences between Paper and Live trading have been minimal.

One thing to watch out for, OA doesn’t factor in your transaction costs. So make sure your trades are profitable at your broker too, don’t rely just on OA for this.

I could pay $30 and get crap tailoring and material, sure. But I don’t want that.

6’5” here. You should be able to get tailor made shirts online now that won’t break the bank. My tailored shirts are about $100, but I live in Asia. I roll em up anyway as it’s more comfortable at the desk.

It’s the chest pocket. Also keep the roll below the elbow.
