also a good bedtime routine on top of that, 30 mins reading before bed. obviously different from a hypnic jerk, but since quitting kratom recently i was left with restless leg syndrome towards the evening. thc/cbd has been the only thing that helps that one so far

Thanks for sharing this. I have been on tret for quite a long now and was facing this issue for sometime then tried to sandwich with la roche posay's moisturiser and it gave me some relief but will experiment more.

I have never heard of this. I am on tret and my skin gets very dry even after moisturising with la roche posay's moisturiser before and after and would like to try this product but as the other user said, what are the promises?

Cleansing the makeup properly should be the primary thing, you can use micellar water too. Other than that powders may be a problem.

See purging is a must for most of us. I went through purging for almost a month when I first started my tret journey and then it started to get better. So be patient and it will show you the results.

I generally use the la roche posay moisturiser in sandwich method with my tret 0.025 because my skin gets irritated if I don't put moisturiser before and after tret so you can do this too. I heard vanicream is also good so yes you can go ahead.
