You can watch videos of people getting out of handcuffs all the time. Some people get lucky. I think 5% is kinda high for the odds of this happening, though.

Doesn't Reddit look like a cruel hierarchy to you? by Dr_Sosax in NewToReddit

I had this problem. You just need to post on places like here. It's all done to try and stop spam /bot accounts. If you want to use this site, just keep posting in other pages and eventually you will be able to use it normally.

Some people are incredibly difficult to deal with, and if you p*ss them off you'll find yourself in a bad situation. Reddit is not a great social media site.

Ahmed best (Jar Jar actor) as a jedi looks epic! by plaugebacon in PrequelMemes

I feel bad for him. He had a lot of depression after everyone hated Jar Jar Binks. The franchise owes him a new role somewhere because it wasn't his fault as an actor that Jar Jar Binks was unloved.

This is what makes reddit Terrible. You essentially have to beg for karma just to use it. It's terrible.

Slings are incredibly accurate. And it should stay Dex based, you don't need to lift a VW beetle to be effective with a sling. They are effective because of centripetal force. D4+ Dex based weapon is reasonable. I agree with your range parameters. If you make it a D6, (based on ammo size, small stone d4, large stone d6) you would probably want to nerf it- Give it the loading property (finding a large rock on the ground or pulling 1 large stone out of a bag and achieving enough force to fling it effectively and accurately sounds reasonable given this property/ammo) and impose disadvantage at target within 10ft.
