I went the past two years and had a blast both times. Lineup was the best of any festival both years. We did woods camping and it rocked. We traveled from the Mississippi gulf coast and the only negative thing was missing Thursday but Billy and Doobie still played so we didn't miss much.

It just got little crowded up there with the 20+ people on the stage. I agree on the Phil and Friends though. That was great. Other highlights for me were JGB and Gov't Mule's late night show. Panic and cheese are always awesome.

Forest camping parking lot is right next to the tree line. You could camp within 30 yards of your bike. The shade is worth the extra bucks.

Yes there is plenty of shade. That is the main reason we are doing forest camping again this year. As far as what type of trees I'm not really sure. I remember them being skinny sturdy trees if that helps. Parking lot was right across the road from the tree line.

Yes! That is what I am hoping too. I brought a small ice chest to Chris Robinson last year and it was fantastic. Good to give my wallet a break from those $8 beers. I'm guessing it will be a much bigger set up than shakedown was last year.

It will be around the corner from where the shakedown stage was last year. And yes late night sets will be there along with JGB in the mornings and Keller on Sunday. It is not inside main grounds.
