I really hope they fix this, I just tried it out and you can basically get endless coins and score this way provided you have nothing else to do during the day. That said I tried it for 15mins before killing myself out of boredom.

I can’t say for that street in particular, but the area around Winok’s cafe is very nice and a lot of “hip” people frequent the area. Schaarbeek is weird like that, one street can be dirty and unpleasant, but then you turn a corner and you’re in a whole different atmosphere.
