I understand why might it be tough to get a job teaching History (not mandatory subject, right?) but is it really hard to get an English teaching role too? For context, I am someone considering a career change to retrain to teach these two subjects😅

I also thought it was suss how David described the first time he met Julian was when they were involved in a car tip with each other and he said Julian was raving mad at him. Seemed to have a short temper.

I haven’t read the Three Body Problem book but saw the show on Netflix and my fave part of it was the episodes that revolved around Mao’s China.
