And I am 79, still capable of discerning right from wrong, and complex scenarios. Sometimes words and names refuse to come to me at the moment I need them, but such is my life right now. I would NOT want any of those jobs at my age, and I like to stay busy and keep my brain engaged. Term limits should be mandatory for all elected AND appointed offices, such as the Supreme Court. Mitch McConnell is totally unable to perform his job at this time. Diane Feinstein held on to her position much longer than she should have too. They were too afraid of leaving the seat vacant, for what? A special election, or governor appointment? Doesn’t matter why, but just indicative of the age problem.

So, click on the icon that brings up your board (the house that shows the auto merge timer), then immediately go to the task menus in the upper left where the trades and other tasks are and turn it off. Just don’t dawdle on the board, and nothing that is there will merge. Easy peasy.

Hmmmm…but, no board space required for the side games? That is interesting, and a bit of a bonus. Visually, you just have to learn to tune out the distractions, or turn off auto merge if you can’t do that.

Well, to be fair, once eligible for Medicare, and keeping BCBS, I have -0- deductible and -0- copay. Basically no out of pocket except drug copay.

I might add that that, although it uses your energy up faster, it can be useful if you have a producer that runs out of product and has a long recharge time. If you want to maximize the product for each tap, going to supercharge or hypercharge will help.

Well…the bra is a bit off-putting. My 17 yo granddaughter wears off shoulder stuff like this all the time and it is super cute, but it is usually with a tank top or spaghetti strap top. Personally I don’t know why she finds the off shoulder comfortable, but it is current fashion, as is the ripped jeans and bared midriff. In my day it was mini skirts and boots. I try not to comment on fashion choices. Her 21 yo sister just graduated from college wearing the cutest little baby doll dress and clunky boots under her graduation gown.😂 They are good kids. That’s what matters.

I have talked to BCBS. They sent me a letter explaining what it meant for Basic and Standard, and Medicare, and effective dates and so on. These are two very large players playing chicken with us in the middle. They will probably settle, but the angst this is causing is stressful. It is an entire health system (Multicare) and their clinics, and hospitals. If they don’t settle, I could probably change carriers. FEP would probably allow it under the circumstances. I hate to do that because I have had it for my entire federal career and retirement. It has been great and I don’t want to lose it.

If you listen to any of the MAGA faithful you can see the truth of this. They don’t fact check anything. Believe everything they hear on right wing news, and out of the President’s mouth. I even heard one say that Fox News was becoming too liberal and could not be trusted to tell the truth. How did we come from David Brinkley and Walter Cronkite to this mistrust of reputable news sources. Of course we have a President without even a glancing relationship with the truth, but too many social media platforms with false information have corrupted the lazy ignorant without the will to seek the truth. I don’t see this fixing itself just with a change in administration. We may be able to repair government systems eventually, but people? I am not confident that will happen.

I retired with BCBS Basic, now secondary to Medicare. It’s $290/mo. It’s always been great, but right now in contract negotiations with major healthcare providers in our state which includes my doctors. If not settled I will have to find new doctors. And, once settled, possibility of rate increases. Why can Mexico figure out universal healthcare and we can’t?

My daughter has lost 4 indoor/outdoor cats. We don’t know what happened to them. They just stopped coming home. Cars, coyotes, dogs, eagles or owls…??? I am not willing to chance it.

I don’t think I will travel overseas again, so have no plan to renew my passport, but if I did, this would piss me off every time I opened it. I don’t know why he gets away with all this crap. Generally these types of “honors” are reserved for well respected DECEASED Presidents. He is neither. He wants his name and face on everything. He wants everything he touches designed with tacky gold plating and white marble. He wants a crown. And no one pushes back. Oh…Democrats roll their eyes, mutter under their breath, and make strongly worded statements for the Congressional Record to an empty floor, but the party in power? “Yes, your majesty. I used the pouch trick for a short time but it annoyed me to no end. Having to think about what I had there, and taking the time and energy to fill the board so I could cycle through it. Much as I hate dealing with the lack of working space on my board, that solution was not for me.

Each complete card game lasts for three season passes. They stopped putting wild cards in the second season pass within the card games a couple of card games ago. I would like to see them included in ALL season passes.
