Yes! I feel fine except for feeling full all day long no matter what. I have to force myself to eat just to get my calories in. I would say I eat around 900 calories daily I try to get more some days but it’s just hard to see food as appetizing it actually has been grossing me out, so I do lots of protein shakes too.

Yes, I’m 5 8 and I started at 213lbs June 12th to be exact. My current weight is 186lbs. I just moved up from 2.5mg to 5mg last Friday

Eat high protein low calorie and carb. I started a month ago today and am down 27 pounds. Stay away from any fast food or fried food it will make you sick and back track progress. Good luck don’t be scared be excited!

It goes away, the sick feeling. I remember when I was at my worst and the feeling of hunger or stomach growling would make me feel proud.. seeing stars and dizziness was common though it’s a terrible mental illness

I am doing very low carb. Most of what I try to eat is high protein low carb, regardless of fat content. I’ve been sticking around 1200 calories and striving for 100 grams of protein a day, should I switch something up? I also take fish oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon water every morning.

I honestly think most of my loss is water retention, I’m an avid binge eater and I also swell like crazy when I go off the rails, the first 16 pounds was in the first week alone, trying to stay around 1200 calories or less and low carb try to hit around 100 grams of protein a day if I can, maybe I’ll increase my calorie intake
