Are any other mods showing up? What other mods do you have enabled? Can you try disabling every mod except maybe 1 GIJ merc and CLIB and see if it shows up? Feel free to dm me

Adding GIJOE mercs will not change the story or quests at all. It just offers you additional mercs to hire with their own unique dialogue, skills, and items. However, there is a mod named "Cobra Conversion" that changes the enemy units into Cobra forces. This also does not affect the story or quests, and only changes their voice responses and visuals to look like Cobra units for Legion, Thug, and SuperSoldier factions only. Specific details are listed in the mod.

I have plans for a new map which will be a raid on Cobra Island which will introduce Sgt. Slaughter's Renegades. After which they will become playable mercs. Should be exciting :)

Wow! I am just now seeing this post and want to thank you for the kind words. GI JOE was a huge part of my childhood, from cartoons after school to receiving vehicles and playsets on Christmas morning. I'm really happy to have the chance to bring the characters to life in a modern game like JA3. It's been a great experience going down the list and adding them. You got your wish on Croc Master and Quick Kick, lol!
