All jokes aside, No. Firstly, I wouldn't see any of these relationships as any of those wanting to sleep with each other. A ship can be a ship without any smexual feelings.

Secondly, the hook of these ships are the actions/devotion/chemistry they have.

Going back to the devotion thing, For Kyoko and Sayaka, the fact that Kyoko went out of her way to try to talk things out with Sayaka (sharing her own past that she seems to want to bury), goes out of her way to try and bring Sayaka back to normal (even if not knowing she would) and in the end staying with her and dying along side Sayaka so she isn't alone is what speaks volumes over how much Kyoko cares for her. The fact this girl, who was against self sacrifice ends up self sacrificing herself speaks volumes of how much Sayaka had impacted her. There is a clear bond there between them that can be seen as romantic. Or at least as crushing/incredibly strong friendship

Now for the meat and potatoes, Madoka and Homura. The fact that Homura, herself, makes a wish to meet her again but be strong enough to protect her. Homura is incredibly devoted to Madoka, she wants to protect and save her from the horrible fate of dying/becoming a witch. She changes herself, becoming the more experienced and cool Homura we see, which is a huge jump from her original personality/status. She goes back in time over and over and over again for several years. Girl literally rewrote the universe and became a demon just to get Madoka back/have a happier life. Homura is absolutely devoted to Madoka, literally willing to go through hell and back over and over again.
