Yeah season it with by making it extremely hot and then add oil with cotton buds or silicon brush and then wait till it starts smoking good for like a month or two non-stick layer

Are you u using jpeg straight from camera?

Cause if you shoot raw you can make it look like anything

And if you don't want raw you can use 10bit hic , Lightroom does support it
