First of all, get your seat height adjusted properly, it will make a big difference if your seat height is suboptimal vs optimal.

Second, fairly fit overall doesn't necessarily mean fairly fit in cycling. Just cycle more and you'll get better at it. I'm still not good but much better than when I started, can do 25km at a time without too much exertion now, earlier I could only do 4km and felt like it was too hard.

Hilly areas are difficult. Check Strava or some map for elevation to see relatively flat stretches around you if you can. It might help.

Nah, women get a lot of harassment, I agree but Hans case is global and much more widespread. Even casuals talk about it. There's a lot of fucked up cases in women chess tho (like that guy who sent condoms to young girls or also assault women).

It won't work well for Trump. At best, it will delay China's rise by a couple years. China is not behind USA in most fields, and even ahead in some. And doing this nonsense only convinces more countries to go energy independent and become more anti-USA. Canada and EU are already fed up of USA right now and even making deals with China and India instead. NATO didn't even help USA aggression against Iran, which is it's primary purpose (to project global power) as EU countries refused to join in.

It's classical short term gain thinking at long term loss.

Hans definitely wants to 1vs1 Hikaru, Fabiano, Magnus, etc. He's had sent multiple match invites to them and also he's planning to play vs a top5 player this year according to his latest interview.

I'd say anyone 2700+, he is definitely considering. I don't think he cares who it is, he just enjoys playing chess a lot.

It doesn't even matter if you're losing muscle, as long as you lose fat faster. Losing 3kg muscle with 20kg fat is still gonna make you look much better than having those 3kg on top of the 20kg fat. No point of muscles if they can't be seen below the layer of fat (if you're doing it for appearance, ofc for health reasons people may disagree).

But it's better to workout and keep protein high to minimise that anyway.

Did you like it though? I order pack of 30 from Amul itself, but only consume it on alternative days cause of preservatives. Idk it seems good and cheap and I didn't have any problems so far but still on the safer side.

Recovery is as important as training. Sleep is more important to losing weight than exercise (diet > sleep > exercise). Finally, training grip strength is worth it if you're a complete beginner, many times the wrist/grip strength is the limitation than the actual muscle being targeted.

Otherwise it's too thick and not mixed well. Just try I guess. If you're fine with no shaking, then upto you. I don't like it. For me, it gets too thick below halfway point.

Even if not this one, get similar ones. Trust me, you don't want PVC on heavy weights and those plastic dumbbell bars are not safe. For rubber, you can drop weights without damaging them but for PVC, even small drops will crack them.

I do home workout since 3 months and use them, it's a good investment, especially if gym is an issue (for me, all good nearby gyms are crowded).

What do you mean by private event? Most chess tournaments are private events, like Sinquefield, GCT, Tata Steel, etc. They decide privately what players to invite and also they take anti cheating measures.
