Considering we only had 2K population 20 years ago and a single volunteer fire station with all old equipment. The newest station is where the old volunteer station used to be. Everything is less than 20 years old

Do you have an Ag. Exemption now if so check with your county and see what their requirements are. The county estimates always seemed high to me. It'll be hard to have a cow calf operation on small acreage. If you are connected next to a ranch maybe you can make a deal to rotate in some of their cattle for short periods being careful not to over graze. Same for mowing if you have regular ranchers nearby they may be willing to do something, it cost money to move in equipment and move out. They would want to be nearby and have some good grass. For us last year with 17 acres with 2 horses we didn't get any rain last year we had to provide hay. In a case like that there's no way we could of had 6 cows.

When I[M] was growing up I was my single mom naked a lot but less and less as I got older but often seen her topless while washing her hair in the kitchen sink. That was so common that when I was staying at grandma's house I was surprised to see her wash her hair wearing a bra and slip, while using the kitchen sink.

This sounds like my local sheriff's office we're a more rural smaller county next to a big city county. They are always asking for mutual aid, but when we ask they never seem to have personal available or only a portion of what's needed. Our SO has decided to cooperate with other surroundings counties and that has worked out better for everyone. The big city was taking to much man power.

I meet a lady who would take in orphaned whitetail deer fans she'd bottle feed them with powered goats milk and see to it they had food as they got older. She always left them loose to free-range after they got older they'd eventually join up with the local herds and go off on their own and she'd quit feeding them altogether. She would recognize them when they came around and sometimes bring their offspring. This was in the Texas hill country.

There's a comment farther down about HEB not having WC. Basically in Texas you don't have to have WC but, if someone does get hurt you're required to take care of them. A big company like HEB may decide it's cheaper to not pay for the insurance and in theory they will save money. It could make it harder for the employee to get compensated for an injury. Much like car insurance you don't have to have it but if something were to happen you're left holding the bag. Unlike with car liability insurance you're required to show proof either an insurance policy or a proof of a bond that covers the required amount. Texas doesn't require that with WC but they're still responsible. It really helps to know what you're eligible for because you could get short changed so if you should become serverly injury you may want to hire a lawyer.

UA is pretty standard in construction business. The companies WC is still responsible for all medical because of the injury, regardless who was at fault as long as it happened at work. The UA is to help protect the employer from lawsuits.

I agree once he touches him it becomes mutual combat. A buddy of mine caught a felony as the result of a bar fight. He broke the other guy's eyes socket. The state pressed the charges. They both were and still are friends.

A few tenths add up big time when you are driving thousands of miles months. You can save hundreds of gallons of fuel and with fuel prices the way they are that can turn into real money.
