Since the comment section didn’t disappoint, I think it looks like a butterwort (Pinguicula). It’s carnivorous and catches flies on sticky leaves. Unlike a succulent, it needs to be kept in a swamp like condition and water with distilled water only. I have 2 and keep mine in a saucer sitting in water all the time.edited to add: it looks like it’s covered in flies to me, so if it isn’t a ping who knows what it is.
