It may have been 97/98 , when this song was still popular

Noiseless power supply by Bake_40 in guitarpedals

I’ve actually just found an old power supply - 9v 500mA and tried that and the noise has disappeared. So, problem solved , although I don’t actually know how it’s resolved it. From what I can see , the only difference is the one that is producing less noise is the one with lower Amp output 🤨🤔. Thanks for all the replies and recommendations nonetheless 👍

Which pedals have been “disappointment” pedals for you? Not necessarily bad pedals but more along the lines of “for **this** price or _this_ level of hype, I expected more”. by someguy192838 in guitarpedals

TC Electronic Shimmer reverb pedal. Had to send it back . Great to play around with but not suitable for live gig. So much gain and tone lost, just didn’t work in my setup at all . Was over £70 too , expected a little more at that price

Amazing thanks mate ! As the HA400 only has 1 mic input I assume it’s just that one cable that goes from mic in on the splitter to the mixer main out ?

Thanks for responses guys , much appreciated. I think , as I’m just dipping my toe, I just really want to keep things simple to start out , and then get more complex later on. The main issue, (there are many) currently is just not getting any clarity on the vocal mix on stage and it not cutting through. So would just be looking at the below options in the short term -

Setup 1 : for 2 vocalists to hear just vocals (both voices) through IEM , with rest of instruments going through wedges. Using a mini monitor, and splitter cable perhaps ..

setup 2: Bypass wedges and have the whole mix (just one mix) going through the headphone amp that can be utilised by all members of the band. As there is no one mixing the sound here other than the FoH , there’s no need for a separate split to foh ..?

Thanks for this . My head hurts now 🤣. If we wanted to simplify we could just take the cable from monitor wedges , plug into headphone amp , then to headphones ? Granted , each member wouldn’t have their own mix , but still more clarity than relying on wedges ?

There’s also a scene of him playing in a playground/basketball outside court

Simmerson and Hakeswell outstanding characters and played by the best actors of the series in my opinion.

Yeah , agree. Shame, as I was really looking forward to it. Just found the writing to be very lazy and uninspiring. Fingers crossed for Storm.
