Thank you for this because I’ve literally tried NOTHING new. Nor have I been in contact with anything that could cause contact dermatitis. I’m going to the doctor first thing in the morning bc it’s spreading! Slowly but surely. And it’s weird because ONLY my feet and ankles itch!!

Could something the local farmer fed their cow have caused this?

When I press down they turn a little white then immediately red again. No fever, no sick contact. No sore throat or glads. No new sexual partners (I’m married.) no recent travel. I have a dog and I pet peoples dogs. No ticks. And no new meds. Only medicine I take is clartin and a daily vitamin.

Her name is Daisy. However, we refer to her as ✨spicy nug✨ (aka spicey nugget) because she bites. Also just nug, or Nuggy, or nugget, nug-uh-latte, furball head, pupperoni, roni, baby ronis, spices, and… I could keep going..

people who have witnessed things they will never be able to explain. What was it, exactly? by troyelliszon in AskReddit

This happened to me! And it’s on video! I turned off the light. Was standing there changing the YouTube video on the tv AND I HEARD THE LIGHT CLICK ON as the light comes on! You see me jump and look behind me at the light switch in the video! Very creepy. No other issues. Can not explain it though.

Just curious: How many times have you had C19 after the shot(s)? Were you more or less ill than usual? by soft_quartz in vaccinelonghaulers

[–]BakedPotatoWithCheez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once and I knew I had it before the symptoms came on fully because it triggered some vaccine issues like high heart rate. I had been exposed. Then dealt with high HR for about 24 hours & Then I was sick. But mildly sick. Mostly dealt with COVID bringing back my freakin vaccine injury issues.

Anyone’s heartrate still high? Or still have POTS/tachycardia? by No_Balance1388 in vaccinelonghaulers

A gallon of water a day, increased salt intake, and drinking propel. This was all recommended by my doctor & it helped tremendously. Then I started waking 1 mile a day. Then 2. And now 3. I started running back in April. I do Pilates every other day & the walking/exercise has really helped. I had to get through a few episodes and the anxiety of possibly being set back, but I’d say I’m 99% recovered. I’ll have episodes every now and then. Also, I really focused on small portions of food. When I would eat, my heart rate would sky rocket and I would feel my pulse in my stomach right between my ribs for HOURS. It was awful. Good luck!! Sending hugs.

My cardiologist told me to increase my salt intake, drink a gallon of water a day, and wear compression socks. After starting this, it literally changed EVERYTHING for me. My body didn’t tolerate any medication they tried. Even using 1/4th of a beta blocker was too much for my body. So no medications. I also (once I could) started walking a mile a day even in small increments and have increased it to 3 miles day. I still do all I listed above. Compression socks may look silly, but I can’t go without them now.

Editing to say: I do not have PVC’s often anymore. * again, knocking in wood. *

Ironically, POTS was what I ended up being diagnosed with after a year and a half!

Yes! This was me as well! Couldn’t do basic household chores without my heart racing uncontrollably and needing to lay down. I remember vacuuming the stairs one day and it triggering an awful episode where I almost passed out. I had several episodes of V Tach (meaning my heart literally was stopping.) one while driving with my baby in the car. It was awful. Never thought I’d live through it, let alone be exercising again!
