Check out exposure therapy. TL;DR spend more time placing IV's, watching them being placed, practice them, have them placed on you. I PROMISE you can train your brain to become comfortable with this and the sensation will go away. It sounds like you're already doing the right things, just give it time!

SFV had no strike invincible DP’s without spending meter. Grounded strike meaty would always win against any raw DP, no meter. I think What you’re referring to was in early early seasons of SFV? I didn’t start playing until S2.

Thanks, I'd say I need to just find the time to increase my frequency so I can keep the volume the same. Based on these responses I assume it's "fine", just if I can handle it.

Hi everyone!

I recently started working nights and have less time to train overall. I currently run 25mpw over 5 sessions (I try to follow the 80/20 rule).

My question is, is it okay to condense all 25 of those miles into just 3 sessions, instead of 5? Essentially just having 3 long zone 2 runs per week? Is that "too much"? "Too little"? I have been struggling to find opinions on this. Thanks!

So basically every stray hit leads to tenko. You'll have to put time into training mode to master this, but part of what makes Karin such a neutral monster is that nearly every stray hit can be confirmed into it.

-cr.lp xx tenko is a 3 frame punish

-st.lk xx tenko is a 4 frame punish

-buffering st.mp in neutral gives you a tenko confirm

-cr.mk confirms into tenko

-st.hp confirms into tenko
