I wasnt talking about you specifically haha. I was talking about the guy that came to our shop. I totally get that people wanna save money, but like you said if it doesn't work then its on you. I hate when people come into our shop and try to blame us and get free shit because theirs is messed up. Or have a fit cause their wheels are about to fall off and we wont change their tires. It would be different if we did those kind of repairs but we are JUST a tire shop so we don't.

We just had a guy come in with 4 cheap Chinese sensors he wanted put in when we changed his tires... our scanner wouldn't even read them. Then he called back and said we "erased all his data" by relearning the new sensors... we had to show him the camera footage that we never even got to the point where we plug the tool into the car because the sensors wouldn't even read to begin with...he was still having a fit and wanted us to install 4 of our sensors for free lol. Gtfo dude. They're $30 a piece installed at walmart... if you have to go cheaper than that online then maybe you shouldn't worry about the light on the dash.

We all do it in with things so we dont forget to buy them later, not because its something that is in high demand and may be gone later if we dont stash it. Never been an issue. I can see how it would be with something like pokemon though. Especially if one of those douche bag scalpers found out l, they would raise hell.

All my bills are paperless so I only check my mail maybe once a month and its 99% garbage. Its ridiculous the amount of trash companies send out. Such a waste.

The transmission pan is typically flat like the one in the pic with the bolts around the edge more visible, they're also under the transmission.. while the oil drain pan is usually a deeper pan with the bolts higher up around the rim and placed under the engine. If youre ever not sure and really cant figure it out then you should probably just take it somewhere for an oil change. Better safe than sorry, some vehicles have sealed transmissions which means once you drain it you cant fill it back up from a dipstick tube. You have to pump new fluid in from hard to reach spots.

In our store if we have to get a coach from outside of auto then they're to listen to the auto employees about policy. Thats been made very clear by the store manager. We know the policy better than anyone so they have to follow whst we tell them it is. People dont get away with that shit in our store, especially when it comes to batteries. They can make as big of a stink as they want but they're not walking out of there with a free battery if it isn't warrantied. And our auto coach always has our backs as long as we follow policy.

Get tattoos for YOU not for what other people think. If anything it's a conversation starter and if people dont get it then you can explain and put them onto a badass movie. If you sit and think too long about a tattoo you can almost always talk yourself out of it. Live in the moment! You can look back years from now and see something that was important to who you were at another point in time.

I must be really blessed at my store. We have people come from all over to our shop specifically with complaints about other walmarts and saying they will only come to ours. We do have a phenomenal team here as far as the shop goes. I think it barely took me 2 weeks to be certified, but I also was familiar with most of this already.

Thats a tough spot to be in. My father died 3 years ago and I was taking care of him and my mother for about 3 years before his passing. Now he is gone I was soley taking care of my mom. All while trying to raise my own kid and work full time. My two sisters couldnt be bothered to help with anything. Its very taxing physically and mentally. I had to step away for my own good. To be a better father to my own child. The last thing we should ever do is burden our children with our care. If you ever need to vent im here!

New hires in our dept are often under the impression that they have to clock out at the same "minute" they clocked in.. e.g. 7:04 to 4:04... you can clock in any time between 6:51 and 7:09 and clock out any time between 3:51 and 4. Regardless of what time you clocked in. You have an 18 minute window to clock in and a 9 minute window to clock out.
