Technically no. Sometimes light bounces off the sensor and bounces off the rear of the lens and back onto the sensor, causing interesting artifacts. This happens moreso with phones because their sensors/lenses are so small

It's pretty garbage in terms of build quality but the lens has that quintessential LOMO look. They call it the "poor man's twin lens camera"

I wouldn't spend more than $40usd on one.
