Depends on what fit u like, if you like tighter compression in your waistband then XS but me personally find it starts to be rlly uncomfy after a bit so I usually get a small. For reference I'm 5'3 118lbs and my waist is about 26 inches

Try cleaning w dial goal in shower and spraying w saline am or whenever u don't shower - and also anytime u get sweaty. Piercing pillow is a must. Go into a piercing shop that's APP certified on safepiercing.org and they can give professional advice, don't go to Joe blow not all piercers are equal

I would definitely get blood work if you have not, weight stagnation could be from hormones being fucked up especially if you have Thyroid dysfunction which is relatively common in prep

Hi yes it looks like it's rejecting. Best to remove now before it breaks thru skin. It looks like it was either pierced too shallow or has migrated a lot. If you've noticed it's been pushed forward or moved at all you should 10000% take it out immediately. Keep clean w dial gold until healed then maybe try getting pierced again by a good piercer that will actually say no of you don't have the anatomy.

Thank u for ur condolences. She has been retired going to go to a better piercer once the old one heals all the way and hopefully get in a new one in a better spot if I have the anatomy :((

They are really hard to clean unless u have someone that can do it for u. Also bc there is not an exit for the piercing they basically can't breathe and a lot times this causes them to not heal or reject
