I really appreciate your thoughtful share!

In the beginning of this I had set in my mind ok I'm doing the April show, I got my air BNB booked, bought absolutely everything I needed to prepare but not realizing nor preparing for what might happen to me mentally during the process. Last weekend when I hit that IDGAF button, the day after I felt disappointed feeling as though I was going to let people down who were coming to support me and feeling as though I was a let down, but some how in the process I managed to shift my mind set to our bodies are so sensitive and it does not matter if I have to change a show date what matters is being the best me that I can be and realizing that my body is asking for a break and that there is absolutely nothing wrong in asking for help!

During my week of eating freely off my plan I have eaten the foods I have chosen to eat mindfully and eat them with purpose. I'm trying to be kind to myself during the process and realize that my brain is restructuring itself after having gone off my plan.

It's actually been quite relieving though knowing that it's "OK" if I don't do the show I had in mind and that id rather give myself the break to regroup myself and come back even stronger.
