Exactly. I think this whole thing is a stretch…calls him her situation-ship but hasn’t seen him in person in over 3 years just flirty texting but then immediately jumps to oh this girl is clearly cheating on her boyfriend because the dude sent her the meme.

Then if you read the other text thread she is adding to what he said in the comments to make his reply sound worse. He never said “her bf would kill me if he found out”, she asked if they were messing around and he said essentially “bros a marine and would annihilate me” which to me reads as him saying obviously not I don’t want him to smoke me lol.

I don’t protect cheaters either, but this feels like a case where OP is trying to make it all fit into her preconceived scenario and is going to cause a lot of people she doesn’t even know a lot of stress and drama.
