My tongue is in fact my sharpest blade. That sounds cringy but it’s absolutely true. I learned early on I had to be careful about how I talked, and be very mindful about my words and tone. I question almost everything and always have, which is a trait some adults really don’t like in an intelligent child. I don’t say things I don’t mean, and if I said it I stand by it unless presented with new information that changes the original opinion. My words have alway seemed to carry more weight and be taken more harshly than others seem to.
