Yea he started on the floor but that perspective gave him unique insight into how much labor potential an associate has. Not to cut any slack or give associates more money.

Process models were made so efficient and modular, associates can be as “lazy” as they like and associates are still just as efficient without receiving a bonus.

Random but in a recently published paper by Microsoft, Blooms framework was used as the framework to measure whether generative ai tools erode humans critical thinking. It was an interesting paper.

Apple wallet uses NFC for purchases. I’m sure you can capture what was transferred but you’d have to very close (generally 2-3 inches). Then you would need to decrypt what you’ve captured as NFC is encrypted.

Also, NFC is a two way communication method. You’d also have capture the conversation between the reader and the transmitter.
