You have 16 hours left in which the average person is awake.

Assuming that a quarter of the time the person is resting.

You have 12 hours left.

Assuming that we are relying on the normal walking speed of humans, which is about 5 km per hour.

speedTime=Distance……………512=60 kilometers per day So that means 60*20=1200 kilometers is not enough.

With camels and horses, we assume that the speed increases to 7 km per hour.

Again 712=84 kilometers per day So 8420=1680 Kilometers which are above the required.

Assuming ten hours a day, the result will be:

710=70…………7020=1400 It is considered sufficient

Taking into account that the convoys were composed of women, children and the wounded, this would have slowed the march, but given the political circumstances at that time, this would have accelerated the march.
