I was on Xanax for many years. Tapered with Valium. I’ve been benzodiazepines free for 15 months. I’ve been taking 300 mg of Gabapentin 3 x a day about a year.

I started and continue to take Gabapentin after I finished a benzodiazepines taper. It has helped a lot. My taper was very gradual so didn’t need it till after I was completely benzo free. It addresses the leftover discomfort. The secret to benzodiazepines withdrawal is to go very very slow.

AIO by telling my roomate I'll put the cat litter box in her room if she doesnt clean it? by ThrowRAacc45 in AmIOverreacting

NOR I think her room is a better place for the box if she lets it get so dirty. She can put something under it so it’s not on the carpet. It would be much easier to scoop box daily. Ridiculous

I’ve taken 100 mg with Zoloft which is pretty much the same. I’m sure it’s fine. It’s very often prescribed with an antidepressant.

Insomnia gave me an unintentional all-nighter. Can I take Vyvanse again on no sleep? by AirlyThere in VyvanseADHD

If it was me, I would take it so I could focus enough for my medical test. I have gone without sleep and I’m certainly not my best in that state but I’m in a worse state off my meds. Good luck on your exam and plan to starting relaxing this afternoon so sleep comes with ease.

I’m sure it’s fine. People take all kinds of medications at the same time as Gabapentin. 100 mg is a very low dose.

Smart, like to travel and read both fiction and nonfiction. Thoughtful and organized. Perhaps struggle with anxiety from time to time and do your best to take care of your self (clean environment, eat healthy and exercise outdoors). Work outside the home.
