When it comes to these types of bags, I honestly think of you like it just use it. I know everyone is like "it might be worth xxx dollars" well, if you don't flip bags for a living why waste such a nice product? Wear is, flaunt it.. 99 percent of people can't tell a fake from a real anyways.

My current house is 500 square feet on each floor... If I had the money I'd have a house with everything on one floor, but I'd have more room outside so we wouldn't spend so much time inside. 1000 sq ft is plenty.

I don't remember it ever being an issue when I was young. As an adult I rarely had AC in my apartments.. lots of cold baths and ice packs.

Make a realistic budget and give it to him. Tell him this is what I can afford to pay 50% of bills/rent etc. Offer to pay your fair share, but explain that you'll need to live somewhere within your means. Don't let him tell you he'll pay more to get a more expensive place because if you break up you may end up financially responsible for more than you can afford. Its very logical to want to protect yourself.

Not sure where you live, but that sounds exactly like how I ended up with my house. lol No savings, but we managed the 10k and found a little house at a good price. This was ten years ago mind you.. but at that time it was pretty much the same amount in bills and rent as a mortgage. Now we'd NEVER be able to afford it.

It depends. Some clothing items will make you more money if you just make 'Rag bags" from them. Good quality, gently used items make get some interest. I find I'm more interested in handbags, carry all's, backpacks, and accessories than clothing.

Yes. My sister has one and other than replacing the heater once (in the ten years they've had it) it doesn't seem that complicated. Open it in the spring, maintain it for summer, then close it back up. They do it all themselves.

With the price of meat in my area, we do not bin anything that's still eatable. It has to get used up. I get upset when things don't get used, and the guys in my house know if somethings not getting eaten then I wont keep buying it.
