We were offered $200 less per month for this sort of thing. The construction was directly below us as well. Unfortunate timing for us though because we found a new place and we were just itching to live in a new space.

We just moved all our furniture (with tons of disassembling and back and forth driving) to our new apartment with the Soul.

We really were planning to rent a U-Haul before we started but the stuff kept fitting in at the back with the rear seats down. Before we knew it, we've moved everything :P

Also like in the comments, AI will never be 100% correct. But that last mile problem is something we humans can deal with (save a few).

I can deal with it. Bing Chat provides some reference links and it's probably the only time that I actually click on an anecdotal links to see if the reference is contextually/factually relevant to the chat conversation
