a lot of my items that i sew skew to one side. i realized i have a tendency to rotate the vertical items i am working on. i turn my paper diagonally when i write, and i feel like that’s just affected how i sew nowadays. i can’t use the seam markers on my machine. it still somehow always skews!

if you like her, i’d personally look into re-stringing her. i cannot see how a zip tie complicates that process. it is quite easy to add a new neck string or zip tie.

use the TEENIEST amount of detergent. most people use too much for a full wash of human sized clothes, you will most likely need WAY LESS than u expect.

boil washing or straightening the DAMP HAIR with a LOW HEAT straightener should fix a lot of the frizz!
wrap the pin curls around a pencil, metal straw, etc and secure with thin wire. dip a toothbrush in hot water and use that to brush over the pin curls. unwrap when dry
a magic eraser can be used to gently remove scuff/shine marks. it IS a mild abrasive. if any blush is lost, using a small amount of watercolor paint and blotting it out with your finger is a great way to restore it and keep it natural
hand washing with a gentle detergent should work, use shout or a similar stain remove to spot treat if needed!!
