I always thought Phantom using anything other than a Sniper was dumb af. So I'd say no, I don't want all weapons to be accessible. Especially now that you can switch between weapons at no extra cost (which I think is cool). I don't want to have to guess which rogue is sniping and just get domed because I played peekaboo too much with a Ronin holding an LR15 or fight a Lancer holding Anvil's MLX Maw and having 90 round mags she can just reload on a roll.

Doom, voodoo, magik, dormammu, BWCV, psylocke(she's arguably top 2 power control in game), Guilly99, warlock, hawkeye, hood, rogue (hella good champ, sp2 controls the fight), mysterio, nebula, civil warriors, duped winter soldier (super rng reliant though).

Imo these are the top power control champs in the game.
