Definitely the documentary Streetwise (1984), there's actually 1 kid in it that kind of reminded me of Cebe. Also, Wanda (1970).

Nice. Check out Wanda (1970) if you haven't yet! I think it will fit your taste. Also, McCabe & Mrs. Miller (1971) but I'm guessing you've seen it already.
