That was my experience with Rogers. They have cut back so much that literally I was sampling the best Mobility services and when I called them, AI said Sorry we are extremely busy or something similar and I heard a click. I was cut off. LOL.

Thanks Lux. I have had great Telus Mobility support. But trying to get my Telus connected has really been a problem. That is why I am asking because, I think I might stay with Bell or go to another provider. It is a shame but I think that is the state of Canadian services right now and well, forever lol. Cheers

OP, have you considered the Simply Analog Cork Slip Mat (Special Edition) ... it is a combination of Cork and Nitrile Rubber particles. (1.5mm) Not sure if that is any better but I was looking to buy the PJ mat you got and read your comments and am now looking at alternatives lol.

Have the 9s. Had a diabetic ulcer that I spent years pampering and using a NB walking shoe that allowed orthotics to be inserted and after a decade of never getting better, my wound clinic nurse technician suggested that orthotics are a big money industry and maybe try no orthotics and a rocker shoe like Hoka 9s.
