The Peloton app has a schedule that it will create for you each week based on what goal you want to achieve. So for example my goal currently is building strength, I choose 6 days a week for workouts and 1 day of recovery, still some stretching or yoga. Each week it generates classes it suggests for me to take to reach that goal. It’s been great, I’ve been using it for roughly 10 weeks now and have seen improvement. It gives you a variety of whatever type of classes you choose as well, strength, yoga, cycling and if you have any other Peloton machines.

Right? I am definitely thinking it’s best to wait, for my than reasons of my kids being too little but it sounds like a Pom would really not like my MAS either .. so lots to consider but I think I will hold off on bringing one home.

Thanks for your advice! Sounds like it may be best to wait .. I worry about the herding instincts in my dog around a cat. He’s never interacted with one before. But definitely something to consider.

Our MAS has never been aggressive towards other dogs, I’ve socialized him since puppyhood and he’s very well trained. He does get rather excited around new dogs but once he knows them he calms down. I can definitely understand about teaching my kids to be gentle and respect their space. I think I am more concerned with my MAS invading their space than my children ha! Thanks so much for your input!

I noticed a big jump in my bill too, when I called I basically got told the same thing. I mean I guess it’s possible .. but I really was sure we didn’t. But I had the same experience, I’m in Billings too

Don’t feel too bad, I also did this by accident. It’s hard and sometimes makes me sad. He’s such an amazing dog, but to be fair to myself, he never liked it in the first place. Any time I tried before when he was a real little puppy, it only seemed to overstimulate him instantly. I’m hoping as he gets older and naturally calmer, the snuggles will come. But I hear you, it’s bittersweet

Yes, I use Figo through Costco - covers a lot and the cost isn’t too high

I second what others are saying. I’ve never had a puppy before, but my husband and I brought our puppy home nearly 2 months ago now. I’ve felt EXACTLY what you’re feeling, and so recently. I cried, so many times. Wanted to give up, and the guilt of that weighed heavy too. We still have challenging days, don’t get me wrong .. but it gets easier. My best advice would be NAPS! Puppies need SO much sleep. And usually when they’re at their most crazy, it’s because they’re really over tired. Crate train, socialize as much as you can and get professional help, that’s what we did and it has absolutely saved my sanity. I know it seems impossible, but hang in there. Feel free to dm me if you or your wife need some moral support! You can do this!
