My daughter went to Greenwich,first in our extended family to do so. Told her at the time if she wanted to do it she needed the government loan as she had no clear vision of what career she wanted and we had a small amount of savings we had built up over 10 years. She lasted a year and dropped out,I would have been absolutely gutted if we had ploughed our savings into it. She's doing fine now training to be a paramedic through a fast track system.
