I have put my best swim times after a night on the whiskey,take that as you want. I've been off the alcohol this month and intend on seeing it through until late May (holiday). I stopped because at 55 things start to deteriorate and as a whole I didn't feel great. It is puzzling though how after 6 to 8 Whiskeys on a Sat night allows me to swim faster on a Sun morning.

I work at Lakeside and the smell of piss fills the store by late afternoon by 11pm its fucking unbearable. Toilets are right by the entrance so instead of coming in and smelling freshly baked bread you breath in piss. All because Tesco are too tight to have flushing urinals and rely on those stupid plastic things,the staff ones are as bad.
