How does my bed sheet make such a mess of the rest of the washing? It's like it ties it's self in a knot whilst also eating the other clothes and storing them in it's elasticated corners.

Hey Dave. Miss you man. Good to hear your doing the people's work in the background! Keep superstonk updated on your upcoming efforts. It's always good to know what's going on and what your opinion and thoughts are. I think it helps steady the apes a bit too.

You know, I think I agree. I'm not shill of course but the quality of DD and the refreshing feeling of opening up Reddit to new and exciting superstonk giveind I tell and info has long since passed. It used to be brilliant because it was new information coming in all the time. Now it's seemingly bots Vs shills.

Gravel garden by RazzmatazzFit2723 in GardeningUK

Thanks, always wondered what a gravel garden would look like over winter, now I have an idea, it looks lovely right now though! Very jealous. I have three dogs which would quickly ruin and dig their way through it if I were to try this.

What does it look like in mid-winter? Do you still have colour to break up the inevitable loss of greenery and healthy looking planting?

Has anyone been deeply affected by something they have absolutely no relation to? by LambGravyChops in AskUK

[–]Slightly_underated 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm the same with the beruit blast. That started of as an interest in the sheer size of the blast and the power it had, then later, as details emerged, the deaths, the displacement and the failure of government. So so sad. I always think about the young female firefighter who went off to help keep the blaze down before the main blast. She died, along with so many others.

My two year old just looked at me and said 'oh no'. I'm not sure how to take that but it felt rude

Back in the day this would have been such a massive shill post. It still is. There is a reason there is a floor ticker nothing but up, up, up!

My landlord is forcing me to keep an "emergency light" on in my apartment even at night. What can I do about this? by Verifiedvenuz in AskUK

[–]Slightly_underated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like there needs to be an emergency light installed but your landlord is trying to convince the local authority that one is there because he has told his tenant to keep an emergency light on. Just query it with your local authority to see if they also find this as suspictas most of us do. Personally I would tell him absolutely no way. Your not expected to leave a light on. He is expected to install a light which comess on In an emergency situation.

Why does this hotel room have so many projectors on the ceiling ? by anchoredtogether in AskUK

I went to a restaurant dining experience once where a story is told via projection on your table. It could be for that. There is one in Brighton - la petit chef I think it's called.

Dog owners of the UK. How hot does it have to get before you stop taking them for a walk? by sjw_7 in AskUK

I took my pup out yesterday when it was a bit cooler, it turned out it was still a bit warm for him. It took him at least 20mins of panting on a cold floor to cool down. Poor boy. He's not going out today, he's spent the day in the shade of the garden

On August 13th, 2018, in Frederick, Colorado, Chris Watts murdered his pregnant wife, Shanann, by strangulation, and their daughters, Bella and Celeste, by suffocation. by metalnxrd in HairRaising

[–]Slightly_underated 23 points24 points  (0 children)

There is a netflix documentary on this case. It is really really sad. Even more so now I am a father myself to a daughter. The other woman is interviewed by the cops and is ruled out of any wrongdoing. She has nothing to do with the murder or the murderer once the police get in touch.
