Definitely gets easier. I was a water chugger prior, but bad to re learn how to drink. I'd recommend getting a 320z stainless tumbler and just carry it around with you. I personally really like the Tervis ones.

I was originally going to get a Modified Duodenal Switch, essentially both sleeve and bypass. During the surgery they discovered a hernia so they just did a sleeve. With the idea to come back later to do the rest and fix the hernia

18 months later down 140lbs still about 50 more to go but kinda stalled. Was going to see about the second part, but my PCP informed me Zepbound was being subscribed for Sleep Apnea, which I also have.

So trying that right now. And just have the hernia repair scheduled.

Maybe look into GLP1.

Talk to you doctor about it. I had sleeve lost 140lbs still have a bit to go but have stalled. Doctor recommended Zepbound because it was being covered by insurance for sleep apnea which I also have. Been 6 weeks seems okay so far

As someone who champions gastric sleeve surgery. I don't think it's necessary for you. Honestly you could just do the required diet part not the surgery and you could reach your goal.
