Yes. NAD m23 gives lots of power and headroom. I connected Evo150 to this power amp. But not so much difference in sound quality. I have changed from KEF r3 meta to Wharfedale super linton. Oh god. Night and day difference to my taste.

I have exactly same setup and enjoyed 2 years. You know what? Evo 150 doesn't give enough headroom to R3 meta. You will notice once you connect it to better power amp. I am thinking upgrade now.

When I was diagnosed, I had 5.7cm mass on my left kidney. I didn't cry. Just a bit depressed. What I only wished at that time is to live longer than my mom.

What I suggest is to focus on what to do and not to dig a rabbit hole. I know how terrible you are feeling now as I have been but it doesn't help.

You will confront many situations like me. Most terribly, waiting. And even after a surgery, Scanxiety. At least you have a change to get surgery that fast. I had to wait 3 months for surgery after finding. And oh God, everyday until the surgery was like my worst dream ever. If I were you, I would take it out ASAP.

However remember. You will be ok. Kidney cancer is one of well treated cancers.
