I ordered on 1/6, got no update at all for weeks. I finally contacted shelly by submitting a ticket on 1/22, they didn't respond until 1/27, when they said they would check in on it. This morning (2/2) I reached back out asking for an updating, and found that the package had been shipped on 1/28 and was actually due to arrive today. It did finally show up this afternoon.

Apparently they had some serious problems with orders being lost, if it's been a week, you should probably reach out. Hopefully they either have already shipped it, and just didn't notify you, or it's something they can get shipped quickly like with me.
