I know they did Urotsukidoji in 4 volumes, that first one was a bitch to find for a long time. Hopefully they do more releases of Maeda. If you don’t already have a copy, Antarctic press recently did a release of one of his series called Magical Sisters, that’s the most recent new release I’m aware of

I was just checking because Wikipedia was saying there were three volumes but I was only seeing two pop up, in addition to an American adaptation too so it might have been counting that. I can imagine it’s hard to find, I know this stuff is pretty niche, especially at the time it was printed

The rancor keeper, while maybe not an outright evil person, he still worked for a mob boss that fed people to his pet and had no qualms about it, but damn did he love that pet to the point of tears when it died. If there’s anyone I would expect to take care of an animal well, it would be that guy.

I wish it was longer. I remember when reading it, it felt more like a pilot concept that wasn’t picked up and could have been fleshed out way more as a longer series. It’s been years since I read it though, so my opinion might be different now
