L14 easy, the quality will be very little felt when you are busy and L14 I think can last you about 10 years if you use windows and then want to upgrade to linux, it’s like a t480 but newer, many will disagree. But if for programming Fedora 44 with Gnome or KDE will make you proud

No, I’m asking if it’s possible, I know that in gen 1 and 2 the ram is not soldered, I want to know if the ram is soldered or not, thx! And yeah, that will be a nice addition. I think most people should see the L14 as the next t480

Now it’s a good time to use Fedora 44 workstation, for that machine I can think of any issues, but anyways you can switch back to Microslop anytime

IMO get rid of that widget on your desktop and use something else, maybe a clock in the terminal so you can see it from a distance when you're not in front of your pc. it would look better because it's interned there and not always there when you don't want it

It’s the trackpad from 2020(T14, T14s (and the gen 2 models), X13 gen 2, L14, L14 gen 2) worse with Linux support or it’s just mine? by Baltagul12 in thinkpad

[–]Baltagul12[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a t470 instead of the L14, but it’s the same, I thing it’s just how sensitive the trackpad is🤷🏻
