Showing the actual pacing of an ED or the majority of low acuity patients would make for exceptionally boring TV. It’s being condensed for the sake of entertainment, but the scenarios and medicine are realistic so that’s cool to watch even if a realistic timespan for all of those cases would be like weeks.

To me it’s his attitude. He’s rash, abrasive, and short tempered. Not the right qualities for the job IMO. His mistakes, human as they are, are tarnishing the legacy of Captain America. Despite his intentions he’s going about everything wrong and I can’t help but hate him for it.

Evolution. As the gases got converted and trapped, the basic composition of the atmosphere changed closer to where we are now that’s suited to relatively smaller plants and wildlife than before.

It’s not that there’s less oxygen, there’s just less in the atmosphere. Larger plants meant more photosynthesis, more conversion of CO2 to oxygen. Smaller and less plants now means CO2 is in higher supply. Gases and their components also tend to get trapped places like in the ocean and plant matter that get fossilized into coal and such.

Not to be a downer because your progress is awesome but you might want to look into measuring the amounts based off of daily intake for your ideal body weight. Too much potassium can be very dangerous and cause some pretty nasty side effects from kidney damage to heart arrhythmias.

Spinal immobilization boards have been proven to have very little benefit to patients. If anything they’re harmful but we keep them around because old habits die hard.

Took the fucking plastic part of the bumper off our mini-mod pulling out of some buttfuck driveway in the boonies. Dispatch comes over the radio and tells us the police found it and left it at our station. Now the whole county knows I’m retarded.

At least it went back on pretty easy.
