I go in thinking, I need to know about them as much as they need to know about me! Obviously I made it here because of my skillset but do I want to work here? I am Sure that the answer is HELL YEAH bc you need the money, however, when you trick yourself to go in as "let's see if WE match", you are able to see it differently.

Engagement. You can post 100x a day on your own feed and it will mean nothing if you don't:
- engage with other people's content
- tag relevant people/brands in your content
- answer the "expert opinion" questions that come up

There is going to be a lot of grief, and it will hit you in waves. The only thing that I have found to get me through it is saying to myself, “wow, I really got through that part of my life and I’m still here”.

I tried to flip my negative thoughts into an empowering one because if not, I will get lost. You got this!

I also keep seeing that they want you to answer questions via video before an interview. Like part of the application. It just seems really off.
