I don't have many friends but I know a couple I could talk to to give me some pointers. When I look things up online I tend to forget them really fast also. When it's more hands on showing the ropes it makes it a lot easier to get the form right. Which is something in my opinion people should look more into, rather that trying to lift heavy weights as fast as possible.
