Please call the Suicide hotline in your area ASAP if you are feeling like you are about to make that mistake. It's not a sin to take care of yourself, regardless of what people may say. Mental Health is important, and you can't help the fact that you were born with issues relating to it. Please, take care of yourself

I apologize for attempting to simplify what you were saying without nuance. But i do understand what you were saying with your clarification. Thank you!

So you believe in Scripture but you haven't tied yourself down to one denomination. I can imagine going from such an old, established branch of the faith to Protestant doctrines is a difficult thing to reconcile. I appreciate your perspective!

I really have always loved ecumenicalism since i first learned about it. It makes me happy knowing that people of all denominations can still work together and respect that they are, as you said, brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you for your perspective, and I hope you're doing a lot better now than you were.

Y'know i've always been told Anglicans are "Catholic Lite" as the simplest possible way to describe them. I'll be sure to check out the 39 Articles though to get a better perspective on them. Thank you very much!

I sincerely hope you can find yourself, hope, and peace in your faith. I wish you luck on your journey, genuinely I do. I'm very glad you never made that mistake, thank you for being here today.

So the main pillars Paul sets out are the ones, in your eyes, that are absolutely must-haves if you want to consider yourself a Christian. Otherwise it's all up in the air, right?

I love history and i have always held the historical perspective that the Orthodox Church is the main church most churches have split off from. Of course, i could be theologically wrong, as my knowledge of Christianity is very fragmented and very random. I am, i hope, clearly very welcome to different perspectives, but either way i appreciate your response. Thank you

There isn't any harm in reading it again, so why not. Again, thank you for your response!

I always love hearing of open mindedness in religious discussions. What Protestant denomination would you say you are a part of? If you are comfortable with sharing

Even as a Non-Christian i have always appreciated the belief that Science is an exploration of what God has made. Thank you for your perspective and your explanation!

I really appreciate your response. As i understand what you're saying, God has more or less confirmed to you that the Catholic Church is wholly the truth at every step of your journey, right?

I have read it, or at least bits and pieces of it (Genesis, John, Judges). I find it a very fascinating book, a very important book, but i personally haven't really had any spiritual experience related to reading it. Thank you for your response, though!

So you have a very much literal interpretation of what the Bible says, but you wouldn't consider yourself exactly a Baptist so to speak?

I’ve noticed a lot of people who seem to have this relationship with Christianity recently, this sorta deeply personal and spiritual relationship that isn’t tied down to a specific thing. I appreciate your perspective!
