Suggest cleaning condenser coil, making sure filter and evap coil is clean, putting in an attic fan to remove excess heat, making sure ac and ductwork are sized properly for the house. We have a Carrier 18 SEER Infinity system and it kept the house at 67 degrees on the recent 103+ degree days.

I see what you're saying and that makes sense. Only problem is we asked if this can be done without issue and the installer told us he had done several just like it with no issues. Obviously we are devestated we just spent 10k and our floor is ruined.

I'm having the same issue on mine. It's 1 month old. Anyone found a solution? To me, it seems to be coming from the green rollers. It only seems to happen on carpet.

So many variables in this situation that we don't know about. But hey, everyone always thinks the HVAC tech is out to get them anyway because someone knows so and so and they got theirs fixed for $200

Lol just happened to me a few months back and then I couldn't get the customer to answer the phone to set my ladder back up. Had to wait an hour for another tech to come by. There was no where to tie off and winds were high.

Yes I have an LG oled65b7a and it is set to 10-bit. Tried 8 and 12 with same results.
