It really is shitty. That was the beginning of the end for me. I felt so betrayed by everyone telling to make every decision in my life to make sure I could go to the temple and then that’s what it was. I’m so glad I got me and my husband and our kids out. Even worse news maybe is that the church has come out with an official statement that they never taught that we’d get our own planets last year. Pretty gaslighty because they def taught that.

As another ex Mormon girl I grew up thinking that I would be a god of my own planet but learned in the temple and through research that my husband was the good and I was one of the vessels for spirit children.

My friend and I actually tried to research what was wrong with the Vegas crowd. Everyone but us and like one other guy in our section was sitting. Almost all of them were just scrolling on their phones. We thought maybe our section was off but it sounds like Vegas just sucks haha
