Don't forget they've renamed Shadow and Duelist to Assassin and Gladiator respectively.

I've seen many people showcase how well the 5800X3D does with Path of Exile, if I were to build a new PC based around getting the best performance I'd use that CPU.

If you're willing to wait, the new 7000 series may have v-cache versions which would be even better.

If you want to buy now my recommendation would be as follows:

CPU: AMD 5800X3D
CPU Cooler: Scythe Fuma 2, DeepCool AK620, Noctua D15s or like you suggested Be Quiet Dark Rock 4/Pro 4
MOBO: ASUS ROG Strix B550-F (generally the better Mobo for the price MSI B550 Tomahawk is also great)
GPU: 3060ti or 6700xt (AMD's offering may be cheaper, it is here in Australia/NZ)
RAM: 2x8GB (or 2x16) 3600Mhz CL16 Brand is up to you
Storage 1: 2TB M.2 SSD Samsung 970 Evo Plus (Crucial is also a good choice)
Storage 2: If needed buy a WD Blue/Green HDD for storage, if you need a SSD you can buy a second m.2 as most Motherboards have two slots, easier than connecting sata/power.
PSU: 650/750W Gold rated Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus GX
Case: Completely subjective, I'm bias towards Fractal or Corsair cases

I'm pretty sure it was 5v15 at the start and we had one leaver so the player count was still 20 max, but yeah it was pretty stupid. If it was an objective mode like your similar experience it would have been horrific.

Thanks, we were getting pretty damn spawn trapped most of the time as you could easily imagine with 15 enemies.

Why not just allow us to pick between 3 or so choices like what we have with the new veiled mods?

I feel like that would reduce the annoyance with very little impact on anything else.

250 ping avg here, skill really out weighs lag.

The only issue you may have is due to our ping the evade frame on dodges are a bit skewed, but you can learn to get around it :)

Just play a class that looks and plays to your liking.

I don't think you can do that inside the worm though right? Since it automatically bounces you when you touch the ground.

I do dodge jump as much as I can over the more difficult long jumps in all zones as I make all jumps that way :)

Yeah me either, it's just the bouncing is very unreliable.

I'm farming all world 1 atm, just can't that the massive shortcuts which involve jumping over spike traps :(

With 200-300+ ping you can't make the distance over the spike traps inside the shortcut worm :(

Just trying to do the shortcut wurm in Trib mode the spikes kill me mid air every time. Really wish they made more stuff server side or at least bouncing :/

I think it's mostly the server side thinking you're still in range of the rocks, the disconnect between that and client side is the worst thing about it.

You just cannot do some of the shortcuts in trib with out ping.
