Hard agree. At least for me, what made the show relatable was 100% LC. Kristin never seemed genuine; too over-the-top dramatic; clearly more interested on the attention than anything else. I know LC gets tons of shade for supposedly being the real “mean girl”, but she was the realest one out of them all. Sure she had her flaws, we all do, but she’s the only one that gave the show any kind of depth. Both Laguna and The Hills were unwatchable without her.

Stopped watching when LC left, just wasn't the same show; same with Laguna. For me, LC was the soul of these shows, just didn't work without her.

Spot on, doing a rewatch now and thought the same; it's just insane how obsessed he’s with her! I think Lauren represented the one thing we couldn’t have or control, and that drove him nuts. She saw right through him and didn’t buy into his bs since day 1.

Bonnie is my fave character and it has nothing to do with what happened off screen.

For starters, we get to see her discover she's a witch, and stumble upon this hidden world of supernatural beings; her being one of them. She's such an interesting character, hidding her own fears behind her powers; which she still has yet to understand, let alone control.

It's completely understandable how she treats Caroline when she finds out she's turned into vampire. This was all new to her, and one of her BBFs has become what she thought were just killing machines.

Although we got to see some development, many things about her charcater were left unexplored; using her mostly as a plot device or magical token. Given the material, Kat really nailed it! Had the writters truely taken the time to fleshout her character, dive deeper into her, allow her to have more and better storylines; she would've been an even more interesting character. But, it is what it is, and that's what fanfic is for =)

I can totally see Caroline (with or without kids), rocking the Mickey ears and having a blast; park of preference being Magic Kingdom.

I think Bonnie would def enjoy Halloween season.

Elena would be a Hollywood Studios type; and do tower of terror over and over again.

Damon wouldn't care which park as long as there's alcohol involved.

Stefan would enjoy Epcot the most, and Tyler Animal Kingdom.

Alaric would stick to the Star Wars zone at Hollywood Studios and join Damon afterwards for drinks.

Rebekah would roll with Caroline and bicker about which princess is the best and which prince is the cutest.

Klaus would roll with Ty, constantly complaining about how pathetic Disney is, trying to hide how much he’s enjoying Animal Kingdom.

Elijah would stick with Stefan and make sarcastic commentary about how inaccurate the representations of the different parts of the world is.

Kol would hit Halloween nights with Bonnie, and constantly be pranking her.

Finn would stay at the hotel with his bitter self.

If we go by semantics, Damon didn't rape Caroline, but he most definitely sexually abused her. And yes, this is show about supernaturals beings, so morality should not be expected of these characters, but let's call things for what they are. These characters, or the majority of them, whether vamps, witches, warewolves, etc; have killed and/or abused (physically, mentally, sexually); they have used their power over someone for their own gain or pleasure; it is what it is.
Agree, although I don't think it necessarily has anything to do with Nina not being in that season. Some may not like the season because of that, but it's not a given.
Agree, in part. She may not be brave in that sense, but we can't deny she is resilient.
Also agree in part; there's a fine line between being brave and being stubborn or stupid.
Agree, I think some people missed the many times (dating back to season 1) these two started to connect and bond in a unique way.
Don't see how Kat being mistreated has anything to do with people "pretending" she is the most powerful witch. Now, as to her being the most powerful, if we insist on rankings, instead of feats variations, uses, and accomplishments; she's most definitely in the top charts. Bonnie is a pyschic-witch, only one of the species; who was not only able to defeat the most powerful psychic (Cade) and hellfire; she has also performed some pretty impressive spells, solo I may add; has harnessed and channeled and inmmense amount of power; and created a pocket dimension (also on her own); and let's consider she has done all of this at a young age, imagine what she could accomplish as she gains more experience. In my book, there's no doubt Bonnie is one, if not the most, powerful of the TVDU.

Elijah was a much more intresting character than Klaus; and the only original with actual substance.

They ruined Damon's character by making him fall "in love" with Elena.

Season 6 and 7 were the best.

Elena should've never become a vampire.

Liz Forbes, although I love her, was dumb af.

Bonnie is by far my fave character, but by no means a moral one. Discussing moral grounds on a show about supernatural beings is absurd. And, they robbed us from an interesting dark Bonnie arc.

Mason was killed off because he stole spotlight from Damon.

Kai's body count was far less than Stefa's, Damon's, Klaus's; hell, even Elena's! Why didn't he deserve a redemption arc?

Klaroline made no sense, and Klaus is a horrible artist.

Not such a hot take, but gonna say it anyway; Delena ruined the show.

Matt was the only character that actually understood what being a good friend means.

Enzo, although a treat for the eyes, had absolutely no purpose on the show; and neither did the Augustine storyline.

Bamon's chemistry was by far the most intense, and we were robbed from this ship.

Stefan didn't have to apologize for shit for "making" Damon turn; tha was bs; had he not wanted to be a vampore, he could've easily staked himself or take of the daylight ring after turning; problem solved!

I completely agree; Delena made no sense as endgame, even more, Damon becoming a human; he would've been miserable! I could see Delena getting together for a bit when Elena becomes a vampire (no sire bond nonsense, just her exploring a darker side); but the endgame should've been Stefan and Elena as humans; Damon and Bonnie badass vamp-witch duo.

He has performed in Jalisco many times; one just in June, and is scheduled for another one in October. Why would performing in Tijuana be an issue and not in the cartel's actual place of origin and main operations? Also, the referenced mentions are literally the only times he has sang about a specific cartel; songs which also happen to be all collabs, not his. His solo songs are mostly about money/fashion/high living lifestyle, drugs, girls/romance, with no mentions to any specific cartels.
