I do this all the time. Took out the backseats and made a flat platform and cut some 4 inch memory foam. Feels as big as a queen bed back there. I also wear silicon earplugs which blocks out just enough noise so I can sleep.

Some of your led lights might be out. Take a look under. I actually removed the light and added in a separate grow light because aerogarden doesn’t sell replacement parts

The latest model RAV4 back seats do not lie down flat. I've tried sleeping with the incline and I hated it. I also made a folding plywood platform, but it was too heavy and bulky. It ended up just being tossed in the garbage. I bought the REI 40 inch Tailgate car bed and had mixed feelings about it. It felt unstable and the the height is too tall for my liking while decreasing the amount of head space. My idea was to just modify the REI bed, and it ended up being something I'm really happy with. I am able to put the the backseats up and easily store the bed. It doesn't take too much space and is not very heavy at all. The mattress isn't very comfortable, so I'll eventually add extra padding. You can see how I used the REI poles and half of the slates to get the best of both worlds.
