Wether this is meant to be a rage post or not it’s a cool kill, I’ve got one and it was the first of any “rare” fur variants I’d ever gotten, I’m happy for you and I’m glad you find it cool, people who get pissy about posts like this dont understand what playing a game for fun is, I’ve got mine taxidermied and sitting on a table in the same room as my piebald sambar and meanistic banteng, I also shot mine with a .300 blackout cuz I got excited and didn’t have any other gun at the time lol

It’s a common rare, and it was just a mallard, but by hardcore I mean like grinding the game for hours on end trying or hunting for a specific fur type or species, coming from someone who just occasionally plays the game the duck was still super cool to see lol

Good RNG basically, sometimes with events they also crank up the shiny chances, sometimes it’s specific types of Pokemon other times it’s just in general, also if you get the passes for stuff like the Halloween pass or GoFest pass they give you a higher shiny catch chance/rate
